Support services are available to people with disabilities who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS. We also welcome participants who are looking to build social, communication, and personal development skills in a supportive environment.

 

3. How does the first contact work?
Your first contact can be by phone, email, or through our website enquiry form. It starts with a free initial consultation to discuss your goals, needs, and how to best support you. From there, we can create a personalised support plan together and schedule your first session.

 

4. What types of individual support do you offer?
Individual support may include assistance with daily living, community participation, social skills development, and confidence-building activities tailored to your personal goals.

 

5. What are your group programs about?
Group sessions are small and inclusive, focusing on teamwork, communication, self-expression, and building confidence in social settings. Group programs are designed to be fun, practical, and outcomes-focused.

 

6. What is the focus of your confidence and communication training?
Each training helps participants express themselves clearly, improve interpersonal skills, and gain the confidence to participate more fully in community and work life. Sessions may include practical exercises, role plays, and personalised feedback.

 

7. How much do your services cost?
All services are billed in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Rates depend on the type of support provided (individual or group) and the day or time of service. We’re happy to provide a detailed quote during your initial consultation.

 

8. Are your staff qualified and experienced?
Christiane has extensive experience in disability support, adult education, and communication skills training. She is committed to professional development and to providing safe, respectful, person-centred support.

 

9. How do you protect my privacy and personal information?
Your privacy is very important! All personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and NDIS Code of Conduct. The website only collects information necessary for providing your support and it is never shared  without your consent.

 

10. How do I get started?
